About National Public Service Commission(NPSC)

The Law N° 67/2018 of 30/08/2018 determining the responsibilities, organization and functioning of the National Public Service Commission (NPSC). This website highlights the assignments and duties of the Commission and activities that were achieved by various units of the Commission. The Commission shall be responsible for ensuring that policies, principles and laws governing public service recruitment and administration are adhered to and put into effect by all Government institutions.

Mission & Vision

  • The mission of the National Public Service Commission is to supervise the implementation by public institutions of policies, principles and laws relating to recruitment and management of public servants.

 

  • The vision :The Knowledgeable, well resourced, professional and result oriented public servants contributing to the development and sustainability of public service institutions in Rwanda.
