HRM Audit

Human Resource Management Audits conducted by NPSC in public institutions considerably promote compliance with Human Resource Management policies and laws in place. These audits enable public institutions to ensure efficient human resource management and thus prevent conflicts at work place hence enhance productivity/ performance in respect to their respective mandates;

HRM Research

NPSC conducts research on issues related to human resource management which provide recommendations to the Government. Such recommendations contribute to improving policies and laws related to human resource management as one of the solutions to existing challenges and needs while providing a strategic direction for the future.

Recruitment Oversight

NPSC oversees the Public institutions recruitment process and analyse recruitment reports in a bid to ensure a transparent, objective and equal opportunity to employment through competitive recruitment by all candidates seeking employment in the public service. This ensures that public institutions get competent and skilled staff and increase the level of public perception on recruitment.

Public Employees Litigation

NPSC provides advice on litigations received from candidates and public servants and thus, reinforcing the rule of law and preventing the Government from being taken to Court and subsequent losses.
