On October 11^th, 2024, The Executive Secretary of the National Public Service Commission Hon. Angelina MUGANZA received a delegation of Civil Service Commission of the Federal Republic of Somalia delegation is headed by the Director General Yusuf Hasan Isaak and the Director General Abubakar Gacal Alasow from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. 

The advisor to Executive Secretary GAKIRE KABEHO Viviane, presented to team Commission activities and its roles in reinforcing the compliance of Laws related human resource starting from recruitment and management of public servants.

The interaction focused on the work of the National Public Service Commission (its vision, mission, and stakeholders ‘engagement) and NPSC’s roles in overseeing pubic institutions adherence to human resources policies, principle and laws.

This is the second time a delegation from the Federal Republic of Somalia conduct a study tour in Rwanda, Honorable ES, thanked the Somalia team for the continuous interest to learn from Rwanda through different study tours.  “We are here to assist you for any additional information needed” She said.
