Kigali, On November 18th ,2022: The Executive Secretary of National Public Service Commission Mrs. Angelina MUGANZA received a delegation from The National Civil Service Commission of the Federal Republic of Somalia headed by Honorable Hassan Abshirow Mohamed, Chairman of NCSC who are in Rwanda for a Study Visit.
The interactions focused on the role of NPSC in overseeing how public institutions comply with human resources policies, principles, laws and regulations.
The presentation made by Mrs. GAKIRE K. Viviane, The Advisor to the Executive Secretary highlighted the laws and orders regulating human resources in Rwanda and activities undertaken by NPSC to ensure the all public institutions comply with those legal instruments.
